When Will My Order Arrive?
UK: 5 - 7 days
EU Surface: 2 - 3 weeks
EU Air: 1 - 2 weeks
Non EU Surface: 2 - 3 weeks
Non EU Air: 1 - 2 weeks
Middle East/Africa/Japan Surface: 4 - 6 weeks
Middle East/Africa/Japan Air: 2 - 3 weeks
These periods do not allow for any customs clearance difficulties that may arise
(non EU countries only) that are beyond our control. EU = European Union
Shipping Rates
In UK: £2.50 flat rate (delivery 3 - 5 working days)
In Europe: £5.50
Rest of World: £8.50
Where applicable the above prices include VAT. Delivery will be arranged
by T3P LIMITED.
Taxes and Customs
Taxes: VAT is only applicable on postage in the European Union.
Customs: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing
charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the
responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We
cannot predetermine these charges. The charges may be billed directly to
the customer or receiver by the destination's customs authority, or may be
billed to the customer through T3P LIMITED.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from T3P LIMITED,
return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full
refund. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your
protection. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of
returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the
item is faulty. Please package the item securely and send it to us, with
the delivery slip, to the Returns Department at the address below.

When returning products, please include a copy of the invoice in the package

Our Returns Policy for Trade Accounts
Returns Period
Please note that returns will be accepted for credit up to twelve months from
date of invoice.
Out of Print Titles
Will continue to be accepted for return for three months after being reported as
out of print.
Documentation
All returns must be accompanied by invoice numbers and dates. Books
received without such documentation will be credited at the lowest price offered
to Trade Accounts.
Condition of Books
Books should be returned in mint, re-saleable condition with price stickers,
prices and similar removed. Books carrying price stickers, prices and
similar will not be credited.
Carriage Costs
Returns will be made at the customer's expense except in the case of books sent
in error.
Books Received Outside of the Returns Policy
Books that fall outside the returns policy may be returned to the customer or
disposed of after consultation with the customer. To avoid this
possibility, pre-authorisation may be sought from T3P LIMITED, by sending an
email to info@t3plimited.com with full
details.
